Schedule of Events at the Meridian in Downtown Houston: 4:00pm - Sponsors meet and greet, food & beverage served in VIP room 5:00pm - Charlie Shafter Band starts 6:00pm - Silent auction & door prizes begin 6:00pm - Bar-B-Que served in main room 6:30pm - Texas Hold 'em tournament starts 6:45pm - Bo Cox Band starts 8:30pm - Awards by John Campbell and pictures by Cirincione Photography 8:30pm - Silent auction ends 9:00pm - Auction winners announced via video screen in Red/Main/VIP rooms 9:15pm - Rodney Hayden Band starts 11:00pm - Whiskey Myers Band starts Engineering and Energy These industries are experiencing tremendous growth. It would be good if these communities could have a relaxing place to get together, meet some new folks in the business, make contacts, network, enjoy delicious BBQ, and listen to some great music. At the same time we could bring some joy to local children who are less fortunate than we and give something back to our community. Marine Toys for Tots Foundation Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, an IRS recognized 501(C) (3) not-for-profit public charity is the fund raising, funding and support organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The Foundation was created at the behest of the U.S. Marine Corps and provides support in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding with the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, who directs the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The Foundation has supported Toys for Tots since 1991. Sponsorships Bronze - $150.00 * Silver - $500.00 * Gold - $2500.00 * Platinum - $25,000.00 Bronze level - link on website, company name included on flyer, two (2) Toys for Tots/EENO t-shirts, a bunch of other goodies and a recognition award plaque, and one (1) badge for entrance to VIP room & (1) VIP parking pass Silver level - link on website, company name & logo included on flyer, five (5) Toys for Tots/EENO t-shirts, a bunch of other goodies and a recognition award plaque, and four (4) badges for entrance to VIP room & (1) VIP parking pass Gold level - link on website, company name & logo included on flyer, company logo on venue banner displayed prominently at event, twenty (20) Toys for Tots/EENO t-shirts, a bunch of other goodies and a recognition award plaque, and twenty (20) badges for entrance to VIP room & (1) VIP parking pass Platinum level - all of the above, company name & logo on individual banner displayed prominently at event, unlimited badges to VIP room, company name on front page of website indicating your generosity and sponsorship of this event, VIP parking, granite recognition award, name listed in print media, and name recognized in radio and TV advertisements.

We are providing an informal place to conduct business if you wish and entertain your clients and friends with companies and individuals that have a common mindset of giving back to the community. Please feel free to invite your clients and friends to participate in the event. Donations Models from Darque Tan www.darquetan.com will be on hand to pass around donation jars throughout the night benefiting Toys for Tots. Silent Auction Items/Door Prizes We need auction items and door prizes donated. Any sponsor is welcome to donate goods or services. Memories Made Cirincione Photography from here in Houston will have a booth set up for digital pictures at no cost to our guests. Admittance to Event A new unwrapped toy or monetary donations will be accepted at the door. Food A full catered BBQ meal will be furnished for 600 people and will be served throughout the night or until gone. Cooking will be by “Coyote’s Cook Team” and BBQ will be furnished by CBS Radio out of the Houston market. Espresso and Coffee Bar Coffee bar will be available in the VIP area. Security Four HPD Officers and four Harris County Sherriff Deputies will be on hand and very visible throughout the night. Taxis Yellow Cab will have 2-4 cabs available at the curb starting around 7:00pm till closing for rides to area Hotels within the Downtown Midtown area or anywhere in the Houston city limits free to all patrons. Parking Valet parking by Master Valet Parking www.mastervaletparking.com will be provided at no cost and you are encouraged to use this service. Tips are appreciated.
